Conversations with a 6-year-old

Today, while waiting for a doctor at the clinic:

Helen: “I am tough.”
Me: “Of course you are. How tough are you?”
Helen: “I can hold two milk jugs at the same time.”
Me: “Holy cow; that’s super-strong. You’re probably the strongest six-year-old in all of Bemidji.”
Helen: “I can also hold 10 folders at once.”
Me: “Do you think you could hold 10 folders and two milk jugs all at the same time?”
Helen: “Of course. Because I have these.”

She then flexed her right arm and pointed to her bicep.
